Job Overview: The Associate Attorney will be responsible for representing insurers in complex insurance coverage matters in state and federal courts, requiring at least 5 years of experience in the field.

Duties:

• Handle all aspects of insurance coverage litigation from case inception through resolution.
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
• Participate in all discovery phases, including depositions, document review, and production.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships by providing effective legal counsel and representation.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on strategic case planning and execution.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the State Bar of Wisconsin or eligibility for admission by reciprocity.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience representing insurers in complex insurance coverage matters.
• Demonstrated litigation experience in both state and federal courts.
• Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
• Excellent oral advocacy and negotiation abilities.

Certifications:

• Admission to the State Bar of Wisconsin or eligibility for admission by reciprocity.

Skills:
