This position will play a crucial role in achieving the firm's tax practice goals, specifically in the area of technical tax matters. H1: Join Moss Adams as a National Tax Technical Senior Manager - Corporate H2: Empower Others and Grow as a Leader at Moss Adams Responsibilities: - Serve as a trusted tax technical resource for the firm - Collaborate with tax leaders and team members to identify and develop opportunities for tax technical services - Lead technical tax research and communicate findings - Manage projects and provide coaching and development to team members - Develop written tax communications related to technical tax matters - Evaluate implications of new tax law changes and provide recommendations to tax leadership - Participate in activities to attain visibility and recognition within a technical specialization Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field, advanced degree in Taxation highly desired - Minimum of 7 years tax professional experience, preferably in a public accounting or law firm - CPA or Bar License required - Experience coaching and managing a team - Strong knowledge of technical taxation and ability to research tax positions - Familiarity with research software and Internal Revenue code - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work autonomously - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to prioritize and manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment - Ability to travel as needed At Moss Adams, you'll be challenged and rewarded for your leadership skills, technical excellence, and unique perspectives.
