A law firm in Stamford, Connecticut, is seeking a Litigation Attorney with 3-5 years of experience to handle all types of injury matters from start to finish. The candidate will be responsible for dealing directly with clients, settling cases, and conducting all aspects of litigation.

Duties:

• Manage all phases of injury cases, from initiation to resolution.
• Communicate directly with clients, providing updates and legal advice.
• Conduct negotiations and settlements with opposing parties.
• Handle all aspects of litigation, including drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
• Prepare for and represent clients in court hearings and trials.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues and support staff.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Connecticut State Bar.
• 3-5 years of experience in litigation.
• Strong verbal and writing skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Proficiency in legal research and drafting legal documents.

Education:

Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

Admission to the Connecticut State Bar.
