Responsibilities:

- Partner with GES business to understand and anticipate market and operational needs and translate them into workflow service requirements.
- Build strong interpersonal relationships with leadership, senior management, and internal and external stakeholders.
- Implement the business vision for the Workflow Core Service and create a roadmap based on this vision.
- Manage the backlog and prioritize based on changing requirements.
- Oversee all stages of service creation, including design, development, delivery, and support.
- Monitor and evaluate progress at each stage of the process.
- Liaise with the delivery team and business stakeholders to deliver updates.
- Manage vendor relationships and forecast budgets for projects.
- Drive a high-performing culture focused on excellent client service by proactively uncovering functional gaps and determining solutions.
- Inform build/remediation estimation models, validate planning and build schedules, and deliver SDLC effectiveness/throughput in both production support and ongoing transformation.
- Act as the first point of escalation for urgent production support issues in the region.

Qualifications:

- Ability to perform job responsibilities within a hybrid work model that requires US Tax professionals to co-locate in person 2-3 days per week.
- 10+ years of experience working on BPMS tools (PEGA 7 or above required; experience with preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree in MIS, business, technology, or related field.
- One of the following accreditations obtained:
- Licensed CPA in state of practice/primary office if eligible to sit for the CPA.
- If not CPA eligible:
- Licensed attorney.
- Enrolled Agent.
- Certifications:
- Project Management Professional (PMP).
- Six Sigma (Black Belt).
- Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer (MCSD).
- Advanced degree such as Masters of Tax, JD, and/or LLM is preferred.
