A law firm in North Charleston, SC, is seeking an Attorney with a passion for advocating on behalf of clients, particularly in personal injury cases. The ideal candidate will work closely with senior partners and staff to provide top-tier legal counsel and ensure successful outcomes for clients.

Duties:

• Work passionately and effectively alongside senior partners and staff to ensure successful outcomes for clients.
• Provide legal counsel to clients by analyzing their needs and determining appropriate courses of action.
• Handle a caseload of over 100+ personal injury cases efficiently and effectively.
• Negotiate and resolve pre-suit cases in a timely manner for maximum compensation.
• Advise clients by weighing available options and planning successful courses of action.
• Communicate with clients in a clear and appropriate manner.
• Appear in court on behalf of clients as needed.
• Analyze client needs, identify solutions, and determine case strategies.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctorate (.) degree from an accredited law school.
• 2+ years of related experience.
• Admission to the South Carolina Bar in good standing.
• Experience in the personal injury field is a plus.
• Familiarity with Litify is a plus.
• Trial experience is advantageous.

Education & Certifications:

• Juris Doctorate (.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the South Carolina Bar.
