Towson office of our client seeks a mergers and acquisitions attorney with 5+ years of substantive mergers and acquisitions experience, including drafting and negotiating transaction agreements. The candidate will work tirelessly to successfully complete every transaction and are committed to resolving issues and removing obstacles. Will consistently meet and exceed client's needs and expectations and will have the opportunity to establish themselves as key member of the group and provide significant value for clients. Real estate law and financial services experience is a plus.
