Responsibilities:

- Manage construction defect and/or general liability cases from start to finish
- Communicate with clients and their insurers
- Draft motions, conduct legal research, attend court appearances and settlement conferences, take depositions, and attend trials
- Supervise and mentor younger associates

Qualifications:

- Juris Doctorate (.) degree from an accredited law school and licensed to practice law in Colorado
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a civil litigation law firm
- Experience in construction defect or general casualty law preferred
- Familiarity with legal research software (Westlaw)
- Able to work well as part of a team, as well as independently when necessary
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, decision-making, interpersonal, and public speaking skills
