Duties:

• Provide advanced legal counsel and guidance on complex managed care regulatory issues.
• Offer expert advice to clients on healthcare regulatory and compliance matters, with a strong emphasis on health insurers and a wide range of healthcare entities.
• Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis of healthcare laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Draft, review, and negotiate complex legal documents related to managed care and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate closely with clients to design and implement effective regulatory strategies and compliance programs.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 6 years of legal experience, specializing in healthcare regulatory and compliance.
• Extensive experience representing health insurers and various healthcare entities is highly desirable.
• Profound knowledge of healthcare laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Outstanding academic credentials.
• Active membership in the Illinois State Bar.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
