Duties:

  • Provide legal counsel and support in investment fund matters, including fund formation, structuring, and transactions.
  • Conduct legal research, analysis, and due diligence related to investment fund activities.
  • Draft and review legal documents, agreements, and contracts pertaining to investment fund transactions and operations.
  • Collaborate with clients, lawyers, and third parties to facilitate investment fund processes and transactions.

Requirements:

  • Admission to practice law in Illinois.
  • 3-6 years of relevant experience in investment fund matters.
  • Experience with an AmLaw 100 law firm or SEC.
  • Strong academic background with excellent analytical and writing skills.

  • Organizational skills and ability to work both collaboratively and independently.
