Job Details:

  • Communicate effectively with clients, lawyers, business professionals, and third parties, both verbally and in writing.
  • Supervise associates and collaborate with experts in litigation matters.
  • Assist with fact development, depositions, and case strategy development.
  • Review and draft discovery responses, briefs, motions, and memoranda.
  • Provide timely, accurate, and high-quality work products, meeting deadlines and expectations.
  • Foster positive work relationships and comply with firm policies and practices.
  • Engage in physical and sedentary activities, including extended computer work and virtual meetings.
  • Perform additional duties, tasks, or projects as assigned.

Requirements:

  • . degree and Bar admission.
  • 8+ years of litigation experience, preferably from an AmLaw 100 firm.
  • Experience in product liability and/or complex commercial litigation.
  • Background in science (MD, MPH, PharmD, Epidemiology) is strongly preferred.
  • Superior research, analytical, and writing skills.
  • Experience in pharmaceutical and medical device industry litigation (a plus).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Multi-tasking and prioritization abilities.
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Academic background from nationally recognized schools.
