Duties:

• Conduct legal research and analysis to provide strategic advice to clients.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and responses.
• Prepare and attend court appearances, hearings, and trials.
• Collaborate with clients, experts, and opposing counsel to negotiate settlements or prepare for trial.
• Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and legal trends.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in the Florida State Bar.
• 3-6 years of experience in civil litigation, focusing on general liability defense.
• Past trial experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical, writing, research, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced legal environment.
