The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of patent litigation experience and must maintain an active membership in the State Bar, ensuring compliance with CLE requirements. Duties:

• Conduct complex and detailed analyses of legal matters related to patent litigation.
• Research, draft, and review legal documents and arguments for cases.
• Prepare and assist in patent litigation proceedings, including trials and hearings.
• Collaborate with clients, attorneys, and staff to effectively communicate and manage cases.
• Work in a team-oriented environment, actively contributing to effective team relationships.

Requirements:

• A strong technical or scientific background.
• For life sciences candidates, preference for advanced degrees.
