Boston office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks civil litigation attorney with 5+ years of experience. The candidate represents clients in a variety of civil matters, primarily in the Northeast metropolitan area Consumer Financial Services and Commercial Litigation practice areas. Drafts legal pleadings, notices, and memoranda. Independently work a litigation caseload, depending upon complexity and activity. Takes ownership of every case assigned; understands the details intimately; manages deliverables to deadlines; communicates with partners; and takes initiative at every opportunity. Appears in court and attends mediation and settlement negotiations. Works remotely effectively and travels to a PIB office, courthouse, or other location as required. Performs all other duties and responsibilities involving the licensed practice of law, firm administration, and operations, mentoring, and training, and generally contributes to a healthy collaborative, welcoming, and inclusive environment. Must be licensed and in good standing in Massachusetts and Connecticut. Proven oral advocacy and courtroom experience are essential. A New York license is a plus. Excellent drafting skills are essential.
