  • Maintain thorough case files and documents, ensuring organization and accessibility.
  • Provide clients with regular updates on case progress and developments.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree with a strong technical or scientific background.
  • An advanced degree in life sciences or related fields is preferred for candidates with a life sciences background.
  • An advanced degree in electrical engineering, computer science, mechanical engineering, or a closely related field is preferred for technical backgrounds.
  • 3-4 years of experience in patent litigation.
  • Active membership in the State Bar and compliance with CLE requirements.
