Job Overview:

  • Provide legal representation to clients in various litigation matters.
  • Assist senior attorneys in all stages of litigation, from case investigation to trial.
  • Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and participate in hearings and depositions.

 

Duties:

  • Handle a caseload of litigation matters under the supervision of senior attorneys.
  • Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.

Requirements:

Education:

Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.

 

Certifications:

Must be licensed to practice law in South Carolina.

 

Skills:

  • Litigation experience in state and federal courts.
  • Legal research and writing proficiency.
  • Communication and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and clients.
