Legal Business Associate- Manager- TTC Tax Technology Consulting

Position Summary:

- Seeking a Legal Business Associate with a strong understanding of technology and its impact on legal functions.
- This role will be responsible for navigating legal transformation through a technology lens and partnering with professionals to help companies achieve their objectives.

What you'll do:

- Manage client relationships and serve as the main point of contact for executive clients and sponsors.
- Work with a team to optimize legal processes and leverage technology to align with clients' specific requirements and goals.
- Identify and implement technology solutions to address legal department needs.
- Provide training and support for clients on processes and technology.
- Collaborate with other departments to maintain relationships and serve clients holistically.
- Participate in business development activities, such as developing and maintaining contacts and leading pursuit teams.

Qualifications:

- 5+ years of experience in legal and/or technology solutions.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Experience with legal technology, such as contract lifecycle management software, document extraction tools, data wrangling tools, and visualization/BI tools.
- Ability to travel up to 50% based on client needs.
- One of the following accreditations: CPA, licensed attorney, enrolled agent, PMP, CCM, CFA, PMI-ACP, CCMP, CBAP, paralegal certification, or technical certifications such as Six Sigma, MCSD, CSEP, CISSP-ISSAP, or SAS® Certified Data Scientist.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Advanced degree in relevant field.
- Experience with template rationalization and harmonization, guide or playbook creation, and contracting process design.

Salary Information:

- The wage range for this role is estimated to be $108,430 to $246,870, taking into account factors such as experience, skills, and certifications.
- This estimate does not include geographic differentials.
- Compensation decisions are based on individual circumstances and may vary.
