New York City office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks corporate attorney with 5+ years of experience in corporate transactions with an emphasis on public and private M&A, including private equity transactions. The candidate must have solid experience with acquisition agreements and related securities filings and other documentation utilized in complex M&A and private equity transactions. Should have experience in securities (including SEC reporting and National Securities exchange compliance), capital markets and corporate finance, corporate governance, M&A, and private equity/venture capital financing matters. Must be qualified to practice law in New York and be an active member in good standing with the New York Bar Association. Book of business preferred.
