  • Participate in various phases of the litigation process, including discovery and settlement negotiations.
  • Take and defend depositions.
  • Argue motions in court.
  • Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on insurance coverage issues.
  • Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals within the firm.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of litigation experience.
  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
  • Licensed to practice in Pennsylvania.
  • Licensing in New Jersey and/or New York is a plus.
  • Experience with insurance coverage matters is preferred.
  • Strong legal research and writing skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
