The candidate will handle local and national accounts in Illinois and Missouri. Will independently manage a litigation caseload. Review, analyze, and draft discovery requests. Conduct depositions. Prepare and argue motions. Responsible for trial preparation and support. Prepare witnesses for deposition and trial. Attend court hearings and trials. Maintain accurate time records. Motion practice and deposition experience is required. Admission to practice in Illinois is required. Secondary admissions to the Missouri, Iowa, Michigan, Wisconsin, and/or Indiana Bar will be given preference.
