- This position is a hybrid role, with 2 days per week in the office and 3 days remote

- Compensation band for this position is H4
- Requires minimal managerial oversight and guidance from the Managing Trial Attorney and NTD Leadership
- Must have a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school and an active license in the state of Arizona
- At least 8 years of relevant civil litigation experience in property and casualty insurance defense or subrogation is preferred
- Strong analytical skills, legal acumen, and efficient case management are necessary for success in this role
- Must be able to adapt to changes in technology and the law, as well as maintain ethical and corporate policies
- This position may require extended hours, frequent travel, and occasional overnight travel
- A valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record is also required
