Summary: The Sinai Health System is seeking a Corporate Counsel to provide legal and support services to the organization and its affiliates. This is a newly created position with a flexible schedule of up to 30 hours per week. The Corporate Counsel will report to and assist the General Counsel in a variety of legal matters related to healthcare transactions, compliance and regulatory affairs, corporate documents and governance. The ideal candidate will have a JD degree from an accredited law school and be licensed to practice law in the State of Illinois with at least five years of experience in relevant subject matter areas. Experience in healthcare operations, contracts, employment law, and regulatory compliance is preferred.
