Summary: Tokio Marine HCC is currently seeking a Claims Attorney for their Cyber & Professional Lines Group. This position involves managing first and third-party claims, including class action litigation, and requires collaboration with outside counsel and vendors. The role offers a hybrid work schedule and can be based in Atlanta, GA, New York, NY, Encino, CA, Mount Kisco, NY, or remote. The Claims Attorney will be responsible for analyzing coverage issues, conducting investigations, and evaluating the validity of complex claims. The ideal candidate will have a Juris Doctor (.) and licensure to practice law in the applicable state jurisdiction(s), as well as a minimum of two to five years of relevant legal experience or two-plus years of relevant claims handling experience. They should also possess strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills, as well as the ability to work independently and professionally in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment. Travel may be required up to 10% of the time. The salary for this position is based on a number of legitimate, non-discriminatory factors and ranges from $95,760 to $143,660 annually depending on location and qualifications.
