# Corporate Attorney

Are you an experienced corporate attorney looking for a challenging role? ESS is looking for a Corporate Attorney to provide legal advice to our employees and corporate officers and to safeguard against legal risks. An ideal candidate should have a strong background in corporate law and possess excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.

## Responsibilities

* Provide legal advice to employees and corporate officers
* Consulting and handling corporate legal processes
* Execute necessary precautions to protect the company by researching, anticipating, and guarding company against legal risks
* Provide utmost confidentiality in all business-related matters
* Manage different types of contracts, legal reports and supporting documentation
* Negotiate deals and administer contracts
* Develop company policy and position on legal issues
* Manage legal proceedings
* Draft and review legal documents

## Requirements

*
* Active license to practice law in the state of Oregon
* Minimum of 3-5 years of proven (or demonstrated) experience in corporate law
* Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
* Ability to manage collaboration across business functions

## Salary

The salary for this position will be competitive and commensurate with experience.
