The ideal candidate will have large law firm experience, outstanding academic credentials, and expertise in advising publicly traded companies on various securities offerings, federal securities laws, stock exchange regulations, Sarbanes-Oxley Act, Dodd-Frank Act compliance matters, and corporate governance issues. Membership in the New York Bar is desired.

Job Details:

• Join the Corporate - -Capital Markets and Public Companies practice.
• Utilize extensive legal knowledge and experience to advise publicly traded companies on securities offerings (debt and equity).
• Provide expertise in federal securities laws, stock exchange regulations, Sarbanes-Oxley Act, and Dodd-Frank Act regulatory and compliance matters.
• Address corporate governance matters with precision and efficiency.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Bar and in good standing, with New York Bar membership desired.
• Experience as an Associate Attorney in a reputable law firm.
• Proven experience in advising publicly traded companies on securities offerings and regulatory compliance matters.

Education:
