The ideal candidate should possess a substantive background and significant experience in handling legal issues related to the HCLS industry, including compliance and regulatory advice, fraud and abuse, transactional matters, reimbursement, clinical research, and/or internal investigations. The role emphasizes the importance of working in a collaborative team atmosphere and requires excellent academic credentials.

Duties:

• Provide legal counsel on a range of HCLS industry issues, including compliance, regulatory advice, fraud and abuse, and reimbursement matters.
• Handle transactional work related to the HCLS sector.
• Provide guidance on clinical research and internal investigations.
• Collaborate with legal teams to address complex legal challenges in the HCLS field.
• Conduct legal research and analysis on industry-specific regulations.
• Draft and review legal documents and agreements.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in health care and life science (HCLS) law.
• Substantive background and significant experience in HCLS legal issues.
• Comfortable working in a team atmosphere.

Education:

Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:
