The ideal candidate will have strong drafting skills, litigation experience, and the ability to effectively communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and the court.

Duties:

• Handle a caseload of workers compensation cases from start to finish.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Attend hearings, depositions, and mediations on behalf of clients.
• Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates on case status and developments.
• Collaborate with colleagues on trial preparation and strategy.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the State Bar of Nevada and in good standing.
• 2+ years of experience practicing workers compensation law.
• Proficiency in legal research tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

Education:

Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

Admission to the State Bar of Nevada.

Skills:

• Strong litigation skills and experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage a caseload independently.
