Duties:

• Conduct legal research and analysis related to fund finance matters.
• Draft and review legal documents, including loan agreements, security agreements, and ancillary closing documents.
• Collaborate with partners and clients to understand and address their legal needs.
• Participate in due diligence investigations and provide support in deal negotiations.
• Stay updated on relevant legal developments and industry trends.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in fund finance or related areas.
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
