Duties:

  • Assist in all aspects of discovery, including drafting and responding to discovery requests, managing document production, and preparing for depositions.
  • Analyze legal issues and provide sound legal advice to clients.
  • Collaborate with partners and senior associates on case strategy and client communications.
  • Attend hearings, mediations, and trials as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and records.

Requirements:

  • 3-4 years of experience in commercial litigation.
  • Current member of the New York Bar.
  • Exceptional academic credentials from a top-tier law school.
  • Strong legal research and writing skills.
  • Experience in federal and New York state court litigation preferred.
  • Familiarity with breach of contract, real estate, bankruptcy, corporate governance, and/or securities litigation is advantageous.
  • Judicial clerks are encouraged to apply.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Admission to the New York State Bar.
