Job Details:

• Actively engage in legal research, case analysis, and drafting of legal documents.
• Attend court hearings, depositions, and client meetings as required.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy and client representation.

• Provide high-quality legal advice and representation to clients.

Duties:

• Conduct legal research and analysis.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Represent clients in court proceedings and negotiations.
• Assist senior attorneys in case management and strategy.

Requirements:

• Member in good standing of the South Carolina State Bar.

Education and Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the South Carolina State Bar.
