Duties:

• Represent clients in labor and employment litigation, including class action and individual lawsuits related to employment discrimination, wage and hour claims, employee discipline, breach of restrictive covenants, unlawful harassment, and retaliation.
• Provide general employment counseling to clients.
• Handle issues related to labor law, workplace investigations, and training.
• Utilize OSHA experience to provide comprehensive legal counsel where applicable.
• Conduct legal research and writing tasks as necessary.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Law (JD) from an accredited institution.
• 4-8 years of experience in labor and employment law.
• Experience representing clients in labor and employment litigation and providing general employment counseling.
• Federal clerkship experience is a plus.
• Strong academic record.
• Excellent writing and research skills.

Certifications:

• Admission to the State Bar in Ohio.
