Global Compliance Counsel - Legal & Government Affairs - AUSTIN, Texas - Full-time


Roles and Responsibilities:
- Serve as a key member of Tesla's Global Compliance team, ensuring compliance with local laws, company policies, and ethical standards
- Collaborate with various departments within Tesla to identify and address compliance risks
- Conduct internal investigations and recommend improvements to processes and controls
- Assist in developing and delivering compliance training programs
- Support third-party due diligence screenings
- Report to the Director of Global Compliance

Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor Degree from an accredited law school and member of a state bar
- 3+ years of legal experience, including exposure to commercial transactions, litigation, and corporate compliance
- Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with stakeholders across the business
- Passion for addressing ethics and compliance challenges in a global setting
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
