A law firm in Orlando is actively seeking a highly skilled Corporate Associate Attorney with 5+ years of robust corporate and/or M&A experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong management skills, excellent attention to detail, drafting proficiency, and the ability to lead projects and transactions. A team player who can interact comfortably with clients, multitask effectively, and preferably bring a book of business to the firm.

Job Details:

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
