  • Collaborate with inventors, engineers, and clients to understand the technical aspects of inventions and develop patent strategies.
  • Conduct patent searches and prior art analyses to assess patentability and support patent applications.
  • Prepare and negotiate licensing agreements, technology transfer agreements, and other intellectual property-related contracts.
  • Monitor and analyze patent law and regulations developments to ensure compliance and provide proactive legal advice to clients.
  • Represent clients in patent litigation proceedings, including drafting legal briefs, conducting depositions, and presenting arguments in court.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of patent prosecution experience.
  • Experience in patent prosecution related to 5G, Wi-Fi, AI, processor and memory systems, image processing, and RF front-end technologies.
  • Excellent academic credentials.
  • Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Electrical Engineering degree or equivalent preferred.
