Indianapolis office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks an associate attorney with 2-4 years of experience, with at least some focus on litigation. The candidate will have significant client contact and litigation. Will be representing the firm?s clients on various matters, including litigation of land disputes and restrictive covenant cases, collections matters, and other HOA-related disputes. Be mastering the statutory and case law applicable to homeowners and condominium associations. Counseling association boards as to their legal obligations and responsibilities, including issuing opinions on both routine and complex legal issues. Review and drafting of contracts, corporate documents, easements, covenants, and other documents applicable to association administration, real property, and land usage. Responding to inquiries from clients regarding collections matters and general legal issues. Courtroom experience and a desire to litigate will be given preference. Moot court, trial advocacy, trial practice, legal clinics, or other practical litigation experiences while in law school preferred.
