A law firm in Chicago, IL, is seeking a Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to update clients, communicate with insurance companies, and evaluate claims. The ideal candidate should have experience in litigation, superb negotiation skills, and membership in the Illinois Bar in good standing.

Duties:

• Provide clients with updates on the status of their claims and communicate with insurance companies.
• Utilize superb negotiation skills to advocate for clients' interests.
• Evaluate claims to determine their merit and potential outcomes.
• Participate in personal injury trials, preferably as first chair, if applicable.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of litigation experience.
• Membership in the Illinois Bar in good standing.
• Experience in evaluating claims.
• Superb negotiation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Education:

Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

Membership in the Illinois Bar in good standing.
