Qualified candidates for the Manager position should have a minimum of five years of recent corporate tax experience, while Senior Manager candidates should have a minimum of eight years of experience. Both positions require a Bachelor's degree, and candidates must possess at least one of the approved designations/credentials (CPA, EA, JD/LLM) or obtain one within one year of hire. Strong knowledge of ASC 740 and experience with corporate taxation, consolidations, and partnerships are also required. In addition to the above qualifications, Senior Managers should also have experience managing risk and financial performance of engagements and mentoring and counseling staff/senior level team members.
