As an Attorney at Woody Law Firm, LLC, you will have the opportunity to represent clients in various family law matters, including complex divorce litigation, Collaborative divorce, APR, Dependency and Neglect, domestic relations appeals, and more. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced attorney to make a significant impact in the field of family law and to grow their practice and career in a friendly and supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage a dedicated caseload
- Provide high level legal support to Partners
- Conduct client intake and retention
- Maintain appropriate continuing legal education
- Mentor and guide newer attorneys and staff
- Contribute to the firm’s reputation in the community
- Demonstrate a commitment to public service and advancement of the legal profession

Compensation:

- Colorado Pay Range: $100,000/yr +

Requirements:

- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in Colorado
- Minimum of 3 to 5+ years of experience in Family Law, with a strong track record of successful case outcomes
- Excellent legal research and writing skills
- Strong negotiation and advocacy skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Commitment to upholding ethical and professional standards
