A law firm in Boston is seeking a Senior Employment Litigation Associate Attorney with 3-7 years of experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong litigation skills, including drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery, as well as deposition experience. Significant experience in labor and employment law is preferred, although candidates with a demonstrated interest in this area will be considered. Admission to practice in Massachusetts is required.

Duties:

• Draft and respond to discovery requests and initial pleadings.
• Prepare and argue motions before the court.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Conduct legal research and analysis on labor and employment law issues.
• Assist in case strategy development and client counseling.
• Manage multiple litigation projects simultaneously.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
• Review and analyze employment contracts, policies, and procedures.

Requirements:

• 3-7 years of legal experience.
• Admission to practice law in Massachusetts.

Education:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

Admission to the Massachusetts State Bar.
