A law firm in New York City is seeking a Corporate Associate Attorney specializing in Securities/Capital Markets. The ideal candidate will provide efficient legal service both independently and as part of a team, integrating quickly into a national corporate practice while maintaining a commitment to delivering high-quality client service.

Job Details:

• Provide efficient legal service both independently and as part of a team within a national corporate practice.
• Support a broad range of complex transactions related to Securities/Capital Markets.
• Dedicate oneself to professional development consistent with the on-track partnership position.
• Possess strong academic credentials and excellent critical reasoning skills.
• Communicate complex legal concepts effectively, both orally and in writing.
• Graduated with a JD or LLM from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Must be admitted or eligible for admission in New York.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4+ years of capital markets experience.
• Experience representing issuers and underwriters/placement agents in capital markets (’33 Act) transactions.
• Experience with public companies in connection with ’34 Act filings, compliance, and corporate governance matters.
• JD or LLM from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Admission or eligibility for admission in New York.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Ability to provide efficient legal service both independently and as part of a team.
