Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in court proceedings, including trials, hearings, and mediation
• Conduct legal research and analysis to develop case strategies
• Prepare and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties involved in the case
• Attend depositions, hearings, and other legal proceedings
• Collaborate with our team of attorneys and staff to ensure the best possible outcome for our clients
• Stay up-to-date on relevant laws and regulations

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of trial experience
• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
• Admitted to practice law in California
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong legal research and analytical skills
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload and meet deadlines
• Experience handling cases in Fresno and Bakersfield, CA preferred
