The attorney will provide comprehensive legal counsel to clients in matters about estate planning, business law, and related areas. They will play a crucial role in drafting legal documents, advising clients, and ensuring the seamless execution of estate plans. This position requires a seasoned professional with a strong business law and estate planning background, capable of managing multiple client matters effectively.

Duties:
• Provide expert legal counsel to clients on estate planning matters, including consultation, plan design, and document drafting.
• Draft various business contracts, including client services, employment, and buy/sell agreements.
• As needed, assist clients with advanced estate planning documents, such as ILITs, CRUTs, and SNTs.
• Conduct consultations with clients to understand their individual needs and objectives.
• Supervise and review the work junior associates, paralegals, and legal assistants perform.
• Handle trust administration and probate matters when required.
• Stay updated on legal developments in estate planning, business law, and related areas.
• Collaborate with other legal professionals within the firm to ensure comprehensive client service.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical standards in all client interactions.

Requirements:
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• An active Bar Admission is required.
• 4 years of experience in business law and/or estate planning.
• Prior experience working at a law firm in a similar role is necessary.
• Proficiency in drafting various legal documents and contracts.
• Strong knowledge of estate planning principles and practices.
• Familiarity with trademarks and intellectual property issues related to small businesses is advantageous.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client matters and meet deadlines effectively.
• Comfortable with remote work and hybrid environments.
• Demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills.
