The Associate Attorney will collaborate closely with senior lawyers and clients in an entrepreneurial and collegial environment. They will handle challenging work, requiring strong research and writing abilities, exemplary organizational skills, and a willingness to travel.

 

Duties:

  • Collaborate with senior lawyers and clients on challenging legal matters
  • Conduct legal research and analysis
  • Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
  • Attend court hearings, depositions, and client meetings
  • Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
  • Manage case files and deadlines
  • Assist in trial preparation and strategy
  • Handle other duties as assigned by senior attorneys

 

Requirements:

  • Exemplary organizational skills
  • Willingness to travel for case-related matters

 

Education:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
