Tax – Transformation Senior: $77,070 - $175,500 per year (depending on experience and qualifications)
Position Summary: Join Deloitte's Tax Transformation Office, working to improve client service delivery through people, process, and technology. This role is focused on driving improvements across all tax market offerings and is part of an innovative team within Deloitte Tax.
Responsibilities:
- Apply agile and design thinking techniques to process analysis and design
- Collaborate with Tax professionals to identify pain points and deliver process improvements
- Decompose business requirements
- Collaborate throughout the technology delivery lifecycle
- Conduct user testing
- Assess business readiness
- Prepare learning materials
- Drive adoption through change management and communication
- Analyze feedback and develop action plans
- Decommission legacy systems
- Manage projects
The Team: Deloitte Tax LLP's Tax Transformation Office is made up of professionals with various backgrounds, including Tax, Human Capital, Technology, and Quality Assurance. The team works on a wide range of projects, with a focus on process design, deployment, and adoption.
Qualifications:

- 3+ years of client service experience in tax compliance (Corporate, Investment Management, Operating Flow-Through, Individuals, Estates & Trusts, or Indirect)
- Ability to travel up to 25%
- Active accreditation (CPA, licensed attorney, enrolled agent, or technology certifications)
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3+ years of digital transformation experience
- Agile and design thinking experience
- Business process analysis and design experience
- End-to-end technology project delivery
- Training delivery and post-production client facing support experience
- Experience in defining delivery standards
- Agile or PMP certification
- Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills
- Process-driven thinking
Salary Range: $77,070 - $175,500 per year (depending on experience and qualifications)
