Clyde & Co, a leading global law firm, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced litigation attorney with 2-5 years of experience to join our general and products liability defense practice in Denver. We offer a dynamic and challenging work environment, where you will have the opportunity to work on complex and high-profile cases.

Responsibilities:

- Attend court hearings, mediations, and trials as required
- Draft motions, pleadings, briefs, discovery requests, and other legal documents
- Conduct legal research and analysis, and draft memoranda
- Prepare status reports and recommendations for clients
- Review document collections for litigation preparation
- Manage all aspects of litigation, from initial pleading to trial

Requirements:

- Experience in the field of products liability
- Excellent academic credentials and work history
- Admission to the bar in Colorado, Illinois, or California (additional admissions are a plus)
- Experience with discovery and law and motion
- State and federal court experience

Salary Information:

The salary range for this position is $150,000 - $180,000. This range takes into account various factors such as skill sets, experience, training, licensure, and certifications. The final compensation decision will be based on individual qualifications and business needs.
