The ideal candidate should possess strong drafting and organizational skills, excellent academic credentials, and prior experience in an Am Law 100 law firm. A Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school and State Bar admission or eligibility to obtain admission promptly is also required.

Duties:

• Engage in various aspects of private equity, venture capital, and joint venture transactions.
• Draft and review legal documents related to corporate transactions.
• Conduct due diligence reviews in support of transactions.
• Interact with clients to understand and address their corporate legal needs.
• Collaborate with other legal professionals within the firm on corporate matters.

Experience:

• Have prior experience in an Am Law 100 law firm.
• 3-5 years of experience in private equity, venture capital, and joint venture transactions.

Educational Background:

Hold a Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school.

Bar Admission:

Possess State Bar admission or eligibility to obtain admission promptly.
