Pacific Life is looking for a talented Attorney to join their Office of General Counsel team in Newport Beach, CA. This is a full-time position with a hybrid work schedule.

Responsibilities:
- Provide legal and compliance services to the Institutional Division
- Partner with Enterprise Compliance to ensure a robust and effective compliance program
- Lead and oversee a team of legal and compliance professionals
- Engage with industry peers to identify best practices

Qualifications:
- Law degree and state bar admission
- 8+ years of relevant experience
- Comfortable making decisions in ambiguous situations
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in insurance or financial services

Salary Information:
The base pay range for this role is $193, - $237,, with additional incentive pay available. Actual compensation will depend on experience, qualifications, and location.
