Job Overview:

The Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney will be responsible for handling complex litigation matters, conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and representing clients in court proceedings. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of top-tier law firm experience and excellent interpersonal skills to thrive in a team-oriented environment.

Duties:

• Conduct legal research and analysis on complex litigation matters.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
• Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, and mediations.
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with partners and senior associates on case strategy and development.
• Manage case files and ensure deadlines are met.
• Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and legal trends.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Nevada State Bar or eligibility for admission via reciprocity.
• 2-4 years of experience in commercial litigation at a top-tier law firm.
• Strong academic background with honors or distinction preferred.
• Practical law school experience such as law review, journal, moot court, or trial advocacy team is desirable.
• Judicial clerkship experience is a plus.
• Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Energetic personality with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

Education and Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Nevada State Bar or eligibility for admission via reciprocity.
