  • Conduct legal research and analysis to stay abreast of changes in tax laws and regulations affecting estate planning.

 

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
  • Licensed to practice law in the state of Texas.
  • 5-7 years of experience in estate planning, probate and trust administration, and asset protection planning.
  • Strong tax background preferred.

 

Education and Certifications:
