- Provide legal representation for all child support matters related to paternity and support order establishment and enforcement
- Negotiate with opposing counsel and attend hearings
- Recommend and review legal actions
- Draft, review, and sign legal documents
- Ensure all orders comply with federal and state requirements
- Update automated systems with necessary information for each case
- Provide legal advice to Specialists and maintain positive working relationship with State
- Attend weekly project team meetings
- Apply knowledge of federal and state child support policies and procedures
