Experience Information:

Job Description:
- Work as part of a team of problem solvers to solve complex business issues
- Provide tax compliance and planning guidance to the owners of PwC across the US
- Utilize firm-issued technologies and technical skills to review individual tax returns and address client tax issues
- Build and maintain trusted client relationships at the executive level
- Manage a team and support work/life balance
- Prepare and present complex written and verbal materials
- Research and address complex individual tax issues
- Keep up-to-date with new technology and utilize digitization tools to optimize engagements

Responsibilities:
- Develop new skills outside of comfort zone
- Resolve issues that prevent the team from working effectively
- Coach team members and encourage personal development
- Analyze complex ideas and provide meaningful recommendations
- Use multiple sources of information to develop solutions and recommendations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- CPA, Enrolled Agent, or Member of the Bar certification required
- Master's degree preferred
- Knowledge of Partnership K-1 income, state tax credits, composite returns, and Schedules A,B,C,D, E
- Experience with leveraging a network of internal stakeholders and external resources
- Familiarity with tax preparation software and online tax organizers
- Understanding of automation and digitization in a professional services environment
- Ability to work with large, complex data sets and utilize data visualization tools
- Strong project management and communication skills
